In the Gloning spare parts online shop you pay a shipping and packaging flat rate of 10, - EUR (net, plus 19% VAT = 11.90 EUR incl. VAT).
In a few exceptional cases we have to charge a higher lump sum due to the size / weight. However, this is stated accordingly.
For goods which are ordered via the online shop for collection, no shipping or packaging costs will of course occur. The articles can be collected by appointment at the company address.
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply instead of the invalid provision.
